Calling all charismatic, self-motivated individuals with a desire for high earning potential! We are one of the largest National Home Services companies in North America and we are seeking professionals willing to learn the In-Home-Plumbing sales business. Our typical reps earn between $90-130k (our top performers have earned in excess of $300k).*

Responsibilities

Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services. - Ask the right lifestyle questions to troubleshoot plumbing system malfunctions. Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans. Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or under performing systems. Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals. Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referral and repeat business. Work along side Customer Service Technicians and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business. Be accurate and timely with invoices, inspections, videos, and option sheets. Exhibit honesty and integrity while providing exceptional customer service. The bright, assertive professional we select will act as a residential plumbing sales professional for new and existing clients. This dependable self-starter will meet with current and potential clients to evaluate their homes and present options to repair, service or replace their current plumbing systems with one –call close sales techniques.

Qualifications

Two or more years of proven sales success, strong sales, follow up, closing and organizational skills, exceptional customer service skills and a mind that is open to new ideas, methods and perspectives. Knowledgeable of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the job applications. Familiar with plumbing systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blue prints and other diagrams. Clean, safe driving record. Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Strong verbal and written communications. High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections. Strong desire to be a better service professional tomorrow than you are today. Engaging personality that blends well with a fast paced, goal oriented environment. Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team. Highly motivated, self-starter who's flexible and has a great attitude on life.
