Job description

We are looking for a plumbing tech with at least 2 years of plumbing experience in residential and commercial plumbing.

We are hoping to find a technician who can work alternating weekends when emergency calls come in. This is a very important part of serving our customers with integrity, when they need us most. Typically 2-4 calls come in over the weekend and we do pay 100$ to be on call Saturday and Sunday, 50$ for the first hour and overtime pay with commission bonuses. Making the emergency calls worthwhile for you is very important to us.

We are currently a team of 4 techs and 2 helpers. We work in all areas of plumbing. This includes remodels, backflows, drain calls, sewer camera inspection, re-routes, filter systems and general service work across palm beach county. Every day is different. Vehicles are pre-stocked with over 800 parts and $15k in equipment. You will be required to have basic hand and power tools.

We offer 401k matching, paid vacation, a “tool program” to finance the tools you wish to buy up to $1000 after 90 days, and a hybrid hourly $24-$26 with commission pay to earn up to $35 an hour. Incentive bonuses to sell jetting work and jobs over $10,000.
