DTG2Go is a fast-growing company that creates custom apparel for our customers using the latest in printing technology.
We are DTan industry leader in “Direct to Garment” digital printing and our team of highly skilled and motivated employees make it all possible.
We operate 4-Day 10 hour Shifts with two (2) different shifts to choose from:

Sunday through Wednesday 7:00am-5:30 pm or
-
Thursday through Saturday + choose one day from during the week 7:00am-5:30 pm
Compensation:$22/Hour plus $750 sign on bonus

The equipment operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient use of our machines while also meeting production goals. Training will be provided onsite; however, prior experience operating production equipment and/or apparel printing background is a plus!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operates Polaris digital printing equipment and is responsible for the proper use / care of machines

Maintains production rate in terms of cycle time, quantity and quality assigned to the job as well as meet overall shift production goals

Verifies equipment setup and follows proper equipment start-up and shut down procedures

Documents and communicates among shifts any actions taken (e.g., changes, concerns) on machine operations

Catching and inspecting print irregularities (QC)

Proactively maintains a clean and safe work area including routine equipment cleaning and light maintenance

Works with equipment technicians and maintenance staff to maintain equipment uptime and production output

Perform any other job-related duties requested by manager

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage workload

Ability to perform light maintenance of machines

Able to bend, twist, reach, and lift materials up to 20 pounds

Able to stand for the majority of the 8-10 hour shift
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent
