New York City, Porter positionRoyale Company is a growing partner with luxury, prestigious properties around the New York City area. We are looking for candidates to help as porters; keeping up the maintenance and good standing of these properties. As well as focus on upkeep of a safe and adequate living environment. This is a full time position with part time available as well
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweeping, mopping, washing and waxing hallways, floors and stairs
- Vacuuming and using floor polishers
- Knowledge in janitorial duties and small repairs
- Emptying compactors and trash cans
- Clearing snow and ice from sidewalks and driveways
- Keeping good relations with resident owners, tenants and staff
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- Self-motivated and proactive
- experience with cleaning and handyman work is a plus!
- Steady work with set shifts and competitive pay
- A high-end, professional work environment
- This position is set at 30 hrs per week*
