The Hire Mark is recruiting a Portfolio Manager/ Property Supervisor for a Property Management company in Beverly Hills.Walking properties to ensure they are up to the management standards.
Communicating with onsite managers and troubleshooting any issues they may have.
Acting as the main point of communication between the main field and the office.
Providing leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties.
Investigating and resolving resident complaints.
Ensuring that safety policies are strictly adhered to.
Reviewing project progress to ensure that deadlines are met.
Field Supervisor Requirements:
Proven experience in supervising field operations..
The ability to work in different environmental conditions.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Transportation to visit the buildings.
