POSITION SUMMARY: The Holiday Inn Tampa North features a unique restaurant concept; Toast to Toast, featuring limited breakfast, dinner and bar service. The primary role of the Prep Cook & Server is to take guest orders, prepare menu items utilizing a pre-programmed Alto-Shaam oven and deliver a positive guest experience.

We are currently seeking individuals for both full-time and part-time positions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Acknowledges and greets guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting

· Take, plate and serve guest orders

· Prep sauces, condiments and ingredients for menu items

· Prepare menu items utilizing a pre-programmed Alto-Shaam oven

· Prepare coffee beverages utilizing an expresso machine

· Serve beer and wine

· Maintain clean and sanitary front and back of house

· Take payments, including cash handling, utilizing POS system.

· Open and close restaurant

· Comply with safety guidelines

ATTENDANCE: Must be punctual and timely in meeting all requirements of performance, including, but not limited to, attendance standards and work deadlines; beginning and ending assignments on time; and scheduled work breaks; where applicable.
