This Press Management Specialist is responsible for reviewing the technical packaging print specifications and develop first class relationships with printers and maintain strong color consistency for a Fortune 100 global packaging print base. Other responsibilities include delivering color managed products that exceed the clients’ expectations through quality assurance and in-line with our approach to right first-time. While supporting the delivery of world class customer experience, stakeholders must be informed and up to date as possible at all stages of project to ensure complete visibility is maintained.

• Review Technical Print Specifications
• Collaborate with print base and team to ensure specifications are accurate.
• Promote Brand Quality by improving the quality of all data inputs available to the production team
• Enter specification details into bespoke internal software systems
• Gather color management data from printers
• Maintain a central record by attending production pre‐art meetings (brand and retail), record, and upload all relevant technical/color information/decisions as per the Standard Operating Procedure.
• Ensure final outputs (reprographics) are technically correct
• Maintain and update brand specific points of reference and shared asset stores to support smooth project management
• Communicate color and technical requirements as well as relevant technical activity to the Realization and Activation teams to ensure teams have all relevant knowledge to support decision-making
• Communicate break downs in procedure to the Lead Print Manager and Client Director
• Ability to work in fast paced, multitasking environment

• 3+ years’ experience working in similar role
• Proficient with Office 365 Suite
• Commercial acumen
