The Pricing analyst will help support and work closely with the portfolio manager and cross-functional teams to complete pricing, project management, and product development. Pricing Analyst Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzing various fee and pricing options and modeling them for profitability.
• Understanding, evaluating, and summarizing the financial impact of past pricing strategies.
• Assisting in various projects that advance the firm’s pricing systems and resources.
• Providing pricing support to pricing and sales departments.
• Assisting in the financial monitoring of current pricing fee arrangements.
• Researching and evaluating the competitive energy pricing market.
• Under limited supervision, analyze firm, department, practice group and client matter financial positions. Compare financial and operational performance against internal and external benchmarks.
• Perform prospective/predictive analysis and modeling to determine the impact of proposed initiatives.
• Review and analyze the Firm's key profitability indicators and identify problem areas and trends; research, analyze and document moderate to complex financial projects as assigned.
• Research and log pricing proposals and enter the key data into the appropriate systems.
• Assist in developing best-practice models to provide financial and strategic analysis for various initiatives including fixed fee proposals and alternative pricing arrangements.
• Responsible for communicating financial and operational statistics and analysis directly to key decision-makers.
• Conducts research and performs competitive pricing analysis.
• Maintain updated Firm pricing policy documentation.
• Develop presentation materials regarding Firm pricing and other related activities.
• Additional duties, responsibilities, and projects as required.

Pricing Analyst Job Requirements:

• College degree (preferably in business or business-related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-5 years of experience in an analytical role in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, and Business with pricing, risk management, valuations, financial planning, or similar responsibilities
• Candidate must be willing to work onsite
• Candidate must be vaccinated
• Superior analytical skills and strong financial capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to work across functional teams
• Experience presenting and explaining pricing models to upper management
• Mastery of data analysis using Excel analytical functions
• Proficiency in working with web-based systems to extract as well as input information
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• SQL, VBA, Tableau & PowerBI experience a plus
• Key skills include communication, organization, and critical thinking
