Principal .NET Engineer - 100% Remote

Pay: $160-$185k plus bonus & benefits, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Leadership for a team of Developers
• Develop scalable applications that solves real business challenges with intuitive design.
• Write software that is easy for anyone to maintain and that are highly testable.
• Debug applications to determine root cause and solutions for bugs or edge cases.
• Align with coding standards and participate in code reviews.
• Participate in an agile development environment and contribute to the success of agile ceremonies.

Required Experience, Skills & Abilities

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience in latest versions of C#, .NET, JavaScript frameworks, and other languages and technologies.
• Experience architecting and implementing RESTful services, Azure Functions, Message Queues and Service Bus Architecture.
• Integration experience with third party vendors.
• Cloud development experience with heavy preference towards Azure Cloud.
• Architectural decision-making experience, ability to rationalize pros and cons of strategy and implementation of advanced architectural patterns.
• A learn, innovate, foster quality efficient design and development mentality.
• Thrive while working in a collaborative environment and embracing a Team First spirit.
• Ability to take initiative, understand the big picture, compromise, weigh pros and cons of decisions, and assess risk.

Preferred Experience, Skills & Abilities

• Team leadership experience. Demonstrated ability to lead as a peer.
• Data engineering experience in SQL and other relational & non-relational databases.
• JavaScript frameworks such as: Angular, React, Vue.
• Salesforce experience or knowledge is helpful.

Required Education and Certifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent technical field is required.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
