Process Specialist
Location: Atlanta



Infosys BPM is looking to hire in the role of Process Specialist, where you will be expected to perform reporting following standard format and timelines, analyze data, inputs to dashboard and administrative support to the project manager in preparing meeting minutes and follow-up on action items and other tasks as needed in support of the project initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute reporting for the different Agile Release Trains (Fraud and AML) teams
  • Analyze Data and generate inputs for Dashboard reporting. Providing monthly / weekly standard reporting package after the forecast closes to project teams
  • Provide overall project manager/scrum master administration support for Risk teams to include power point presentations, implementation planning and execution, etc.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and share with participants, follow-up on questions, issues and action items
  • Support project Managers to prioritize task / address red flags. Handles/ helps resolve deviation in the project plan.
  • Keep close eye on financials / Budget to ensure project meets critical success factors
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure internal and external governance framework is followed

Qualifications:
Basic
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Job description
Preferred:
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams for co-ordination
  • Proficiency in power point (top priority),
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Extremely organized, Strong attention to details
  • Ability to organize and work independently, as well as contribute as part of a team
  • Knowledge and competency in use of excel, word, outlook and windows

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.

Work Remotely:
This role is based out of Atlanta, GA and is on a hybrid work schedule until company’s decision to return to office.
