Position Overview:
This position will require strong attention to detail, a high level of quality, strong problem-solving skills, dependability and demonstrated priority and time management skills. This position reports within the Operations Group and will report to the Safety Processing Supervisor.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Process photo enforcement camera violations using web-based tools
- Meet production and quality goals
- Other office/clerical duties as assigned
1. High School diploma or GED.
2. Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to work effectively with different groups of people in a team environment.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
4. Flexibility and willingness to assist wherever needed.
5. Strong PC skills in order to navigate various screens, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
6. Experience in an office environment performing clerical duties including inbound mail processing, outbound mail processing, data entry, quality control, and related administrative duties.
7. Ability to sit for long periods of time for date entry/violation processing.
8. Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
9. Other duties as assigned
