In This Role, You Will::
- Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze and document information needs and functional requirements
- Prepare functional designs of product customizations and features
- Anticipate bottlenecks, manage project item prioritization, make trade-offs and balance business needs versus technical constraints
- Project planning and execution – balancing business and technology stakeholder expectations regarding the project scope/components, priorities, schedule, and manage risk to these components
- Working closely with Product Manager and User Experience (UX) Designers
- Utilize available resources to monitor and summarize system usage data
- Act as a subject matter expert for the specified product line or business function
- Identify technical challenges/anomalies and coordinate appropriate resources for resolution
- Serve as an escalation point for all project issues
- Facilitate business and technical design sessions
- Work closely with end users, business stakeholders and others to understand and prioritize goals and information needs related to the project
- Manage the integration of third-party vendor tasks and track vendor deliverables
- Report on the status of development, operations and system performance to management
- Conduct post-mortem meetings and document lessons learned to help identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Here's What You Need::
- Completing a Bachelor's in computer science or a related degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. (graduating in May 2023).
- 0 - 3+ years working with SaaS products- experience with Cvent Event Management or similar event management software offerings is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills
- Experience facilitating meetings with high-level cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated ability to drive clarity and precision in product requirements
- Strong understanding of various software development processes, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies, and deployment management
- Self-starter with the ability to conceive of and accept responsibility for projects to see them through to completion must be able to work as an individual contributor and to contribute as part of a larger team.
