Job Summary:

The Product Analyst for Healogics At Home, DME will be responsible for supporting the remote technology needs of the Healogics staff to include software, and telecommunications support.

The individual in this role will balance technical skill with excellent customer service and have the ability to solve complex technical issues. This position also requires maintaining and customizing of our back-end product database for centers (Product Advisor). This includes adding/removing products, editing products, and customizing products at the center level for new implementations. Obtaining the centers most common used products list and building into back-end databases prior to go lives. The Product Analyst will also be responsible for helping with the iSupply Formulary, providing financial cross-walks to the centers/hospitals to show cost savings on products. Having a strong background for financial analytics to support product research and reporting will play a huge role in this position.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Financial analytics for product research, usage and reporting
• Work with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Develop and maintain training outlines, instructions and guidelines for iSupply/ Healogics At Home
• Take ownership of user problems and communicate progress in a timely manner
• Become familiar with available help resources and stay updated on technology changes
• Create knowledge base articles to assist staff and team members troubleshoot issues
• Customization and maintenance of our back-end product software Product Advisor
• Brainstorming new innovations, and ideas to enhance program effectiveness for center use
• Performs other duties as required

Required Education, Experience and Credentials:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Minimum of three to five (3-5) years’ experience working in project management, business analysis or technical positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-3 years of experience Financial Analytics preferred for Financial reporting and research

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience with healthcare software preferred
• Product Manager experience preferred
• Financial reporting background preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for Financial reporting
• Familiar with DME
• Familiar with iSupply/Dermarite Formulary
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong training and presentation skills with the ability to develop training / educational material and deliver in a classroom setting or a one-on-one environment
• Ability to examine and resolve complex issues
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively as a team
• Advanced software and hardware troubleshooting, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills

Salary for this position generally ranges between $69900 - $78800 / year. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications: education, experience, geography as well as operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
