Join a fast-paced, goal-oriented team to drive delivery of valuable connected vehicle features to our retail and fleet customers. The Product Manager – Safety & Security will lead the development and implementation of innovative connected products, from conceptualization through production release. You will work collaboratively to drive the future of the Safety & Security Product Line and translate the defined strategy into product experiences that will be implemented by development teams. You will partner with balanced product teams within Model e to design, develop, test, and demonstrate product MVPs & feature releases across the product lifecycle.


The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of progressive product management experience including customer focused interaction and product refinement, user interviews, survey involvement and similar responsibilities
  • 1+ years of experience working directly with UX Designers, Software Engineers, or others in a technical, agile environment

Our Preferred Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Experience in automotive industry and familiarity with connected vehicle features and vehicle electrical architecture a plus
  • Experience in energy, battery usage, electrical surplus in the consumer space
  • Entrepreneurial, independently driven, resourceful, and able to deliver results with minimal direction
  • Strong oral and written communication, organization, time management and analytical/problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate a strategic, creative, and curious mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
  • Strong facilitation and follow-up skills
