DESCRIPTION

Cloudmed is a looking for a seasoned product marketer to drive the marketing strategy for the company’s strong Revenue Integrity product line, acting as the glue that binds our product strategy to the tactics we need to drive success in sales and marketing and to achieve results. Responsibilities will include developing and executing go-to-market plans, conducting customer and market research, representing the voice of the customer, creating clear and convincing messaging and positioning, and influencing our product roadmap to ensure we deliver maximum value to our customers. This role will be a founding member of the product marketing team, supported by a full range of internal and agency marketing resources and partnered with commercial and product leaders to drive revenue and customer adoption.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Market intelligence—be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria. Document our buyer’s process & persona.
  • Collaborate with key cross functional resources to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
  • Enable our sales and client teams’ success through training and documentation to ensure our message resonates both externally and internally. Develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
  • Drive growth by communicating and activating product value to customers and internal teams alike
  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure the most important aspects of outbound market feedback is addressed within product roadmaps.
  • Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
  • Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products; manage the cross-functional implementation of the launch plans.
  • Organize a sales feedback loop back into the product team, including the creation and distribution of Win / Loss reports.
  • Act as a thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written works.
  • Own and evangelize our strategic pricing strategy.
  • Quarterback internal cross-functional projects that require product thought leadership, including RFP responses.
  • Support partner distribution channels as our own.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience with at least 5 years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research).
  • Domain experience in the areas of Health System Revenue Cycle and/or Revenue Integrity.
  • Demonstrated work history in-market that showcases excellence at both high-level product marketing and GTM strategy & execution as well as influence of others to achieve a common goal.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and org savvy, with demonstrated experience collaborating with and/or working within a product management organization.
  • Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working.
