Responsibilities

• Perform training for all KLDiscovery applications using industry standard training technologies and methods.
• Remain current with product updates and incorporate any changes into training materials.
• Support our customer base through superior customer service to include providing technical assistance via telephone, email and screen-shares on various tasks/requests
• Investigate client inquiries on their matters concerning printing, search results/creation, technical issues, etc.
• Pick up tasks from internal task system, while adhering to internal SLA’s (service-level agreement)

Qualifications

• Experience with distance learning methodologies and practices
• Strong technical aptitude with proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite Products
• Client-focused with advanced presentation and communication skills to include verbal, nonverbal, written and listening
• Attention to detail, while managing multiple tasks
• Critical thinking skills and ability to retain complex work direction
