Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods Corp is seeking 1st shift Production Associates for our Elk Grove Village location. As our Production Associate you would be responsible for completing assigned tasks and duties in the assigned department. WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN MOTIVATED WORKERS!

Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods Corp is a leading manufacturer of Greek and Mediterranean foods for foodservice, national chain, retail grocery, specialty, and warehouse club businesses. We have manufacturing facilities in Elk Grove Village and Glendale Heights. We manufacture and distribute specialty meats, flatbreads, dips, spreads, and sauces.

What you are going to be doing…

• Responsible for production effectiveness
• Process raw meat
• Handle change overs
• Lifting 50 lb. bags of ingredients frequently
• Conduct product inspection to ensure specs are met
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all Safety Guidelines and use Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Comply with food safety and quality assurance standards (GMPs, HACCP, FSI, SQF, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

What you will get paid...

• $18/hr.

Physical Demands/Work Environment…
Manufacturing plant environment with varied temperatures including hot, cold, and freezer. The work environment includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on high places, and/or exposure to chemicals in work setting. Incumbents are frequently required to stand, walk, hear, bend, stoop, climb, crouch, kneel, reach overhead, pull lifting to 50lbs, and push unassisted.
