Entry Level Production/Cookie Packing – Ogden, UT

Rotating 12 hour day or night shifts, work 3 1/2 days per week!

Day/Night Available. Shifts go from 5AM-5PM or 5PM-5AM.

About the Role:

The Entry Level Production role at the Ogden facility is primarily responsible for properly placing the cookies into clam-shell packages and sending them down the line. This responsibility involves making sure that the presentation of the cookies being packaged is optimal; minimizing cookie waste; and keeping their line/workstation clean and stocked, throughout their shift. Other additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

· Pick up cookies from conveyor belt and place them into the clam shell packages

· Ensure workstation is stocked with full amount of clamshells throughout the shift

· Notify Packing Lead if products or packaging materials do not meet specifications

· Follow food safety, food defense and food quality

· Add cookies to lightweight clam-shell packages (rework)

-Other duties as assigned, including routine sanitation

Important Details:

This is a full-time permanent role on day or night shift. The shifts are 12-hours long and required schedule is 3 1/2 shift per week, including work every other weekend. Shifts run from 5AM -5 PM during the day, and 5PM-5AM at night. $1 shift differential for night shift.

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

· Demonstrated experience following instructions and communicating effectively

· Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus!

· The ability to work weekends

Physical Demands:

· Standing on concrete for long periods of time

· Employees must be free of motion sickness, as line movement can be visually problematic for some.

· Be able to reach and lift full clamshells, at least 5 times a minute.

· Constant reaching and grasping cookies off from a moving conveyor belt.

· Packers needs to have good eye and hand coordination.
