Our insulation company is seeking a qualified candidate for a Production/Operations Manager in Jacksonville, FL. We value team work and providing a safe, diverse, and rewarding work environment. An amazing opportunity awaits our next Production/Operations Manager!

Your typical workday consists of examining jobsites, managing production schedules, ensuring client satisfaction and seeking new business. We conduct business with major industrial, commercial and contracting customers.

Responsibilities include:

· Support the Branch Manager and use effective methods and strategies to improve performance, efficiency and profitability

· Manage, monitor and verify the quality/completeness of work for an install and warehouse team

· Interview, hire and assist with onboarding performance development

· Gather new business at required margin levels, maintain existing business

Qualifications include:

· Bachelor’s degree favorable – not required

· Estimating experience and insulation experience favorable – not required

· 3+ years of managerial experience favorable – not required

· 5+ years of Construction or building production/distribution industry experience required

· Must clear post-offer drug screen

· Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Bilingual English/Spanish favorable – not required

· The ideal candidate would be flexible, energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, computer-proficient, detail oriented and have exceptional organizational skills.
