Creative Dining Services is looking for a professional Production Manager to join our culinary team in the Chicago area.
The Kitchen Production Manager works to ensure that inventory is managed effectively and efficiently. In addition, as a member of our highly collaborative team, the Production Manager
Participates in hiring, scheduling, training, and managing kitchen staff.- Supervises and coordinates culinary activities in all operations.
- Selects appropriate vendors.
- Conducts continuing analysis of production, recommending any operational changes necessary to the Dining Services Director.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Minimum of 3 years food service experience
- ServSafe Certification
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Management experience preferred
