Seeking an Assistant Supervisor to aid in the smooth running of Operations at our Whitewater facility. At Lavelle Industries, our Assistant Supervisors are proactive problem solvers who thrive in our dynamic manufacturing environment.

Expectations for the role include:

• Optimizing press production, including scheduling, inventory control, quality, monitoring output and improvement, and safety & housekeeping, using a strategic mindset.
• Using a visible problem-solving approach that includes open communication and engaging supervision to drive performance, safety, and improvement.
• Working with a range of stakeholders to address tactical, safety, quality, and improvement.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.

Requirements for the role:

• 2 years of Manufacturing experience, with some lead or group lead experience preferred. An Associates or technical degree is a plus!
• An enthusiasm for working an extended work week or weekends (overtime eligible position)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on the move
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain forklift certification
• Ability to become an authorized driver
