CCAT's Program Innovation Office leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of program management processes and tools for all CCAT initiatives. The Office guides program planning, tracking, and reporting while driving organizational and process innovation within CCAT.

The Program Coordinator is a busy role that supports the Program Innovation team by coordinating operational and administrative aspects of the organization’s programs and data. This role will support planning, delivery, and tracking of CCAT programs while ensuring effective and efficient processes are in place.

We are looking for candidates who are invigorated by technology and learning and want to utilize their skills in organization, data, and design.

To be successful in this role, you will have meticulous attention to detail, strong troubleshooting abilities, and excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. You will be highly organized with the ability to be flexible and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

The essential functions of the role are:

  • Coordinating logistics for programs and events of varying sizes, means of participation (e.g., in- person, virtual, etc.), and engagement methods (tours, demonstrations, trainings, etc.)
  • Collaborating with program and event leads to support program and event operations (planning, implementation, closeout)
  • Preparing resources and tools (e.g., A/V equipment, setup) and providing troubleshooting and problem solving related to programming
  • Designing and creating program materials (e.g., slides, handouts, reports, visuals) for programming and data reporting needs
  • Collecting and maintaining account, contact, and related program data using the organization’s database platforms (primarily Salesforce)
  • Coordinating data collection methods (e.g., online forms), organizing data to maintain data quality and integrity, and completing basic qualitative and quantitative data analysis

The skills and experience required for this role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree (highly preferred) or a high school diploma with an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience coordinating projects or programs with multiple moving pieces and requirements
  • Database experience or equivalent experience collecting and managing data (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills; resourceful with a proactive problem-solving mentality and learning mindset
  • Ability to be flexible and manage shifting and competing priorities and deadlines; comfortable working with a reasonable amount of ambiguity
  • Ability to build and maintain equitable and inclusive working relationships internally and externally with diverse individuals
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills across various audiences; customer service oriented
  • Creative with an eye for aesthetics and design
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Highly skilled at Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to exercise initiative and follow-though while working independently and as part of a team

This role will be onsite, which will normally be Monday through Friday (including early mornings and/or evenings as necessary), with the option of limited hybrid work after 90 days. There will be travel to other locations which include office environments and manufacturing facilities. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds and navigate stairs is important to the role; however reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed. Additionally, you must fulfill International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) citizenship requirements.
