Position Description:
Looking for a Program Manager to join our team to provide technical and general mission support in the data information sharing space for a major federal agency tasked with securing cyber and physical critical infrastructure. This work will support the government client with plan implementation support, data and information sharing program support, and strategic policy and planning support. The Program Manager will support a high-performing team committed to driving customer satisfaction through delivery and innovation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills with the ability to present complex issues in clear and concise documentation.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of documentation, correspondence, briefing materials, and other related documentation in support of day-to-day operations.
• Capability to conduct performance management, track productivity, and understand how to measure the effectiveness of large scale plan implementation initiatives.
• Create a Project Management Plan, including productivity and management methods such as quality assurance, methods for detailed progress/status reporting and program reviews and the provision of centralized administration and clerical, documentation, and related functions.
• Prepare and present Monthly Status Reports, including tasking, hours tracking, labor categories, identification of problem areas with recommendations for remedial actions.
• Stakeholder Communication and engagement support.
• Conduct performance management, track productivity, understand the effectiveness of plan implementation initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• The Program Manager must have at least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience managing projects on a full-time basis.
• The Program Manager shall possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Knowledge of the full suite of Microsoft Office 365 (to include PowerPoint, Visio, Project, OneNote, SharePoint, PowerBI) for task management, execution, delivery, and knowledge management.
