We are seeking a Program Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. The role is 100% remote to these locations: Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, Houston, TX, Menlo Park, Los Angeles, and San Diego, CA .

What You’ll Do:
Plan, direct, or coordinate activities within privacy-themed engineering projects
Ensure that privacy tasks assigned to engineering teams are closed in a timely manner
Coordinate a virtual team of engineers that are aligned toward the execution of privacy work
Regular reporting on the progress of privacy tasks, and calling out any hotspots for leadership escalation or recognition
Assist with the intake of new privacy work and clarifying requirements and scope
Continue to drive awareness and maturity for the Privacy Wave program across the organization
Check dashboarding for task closure and progress
Follow up with task owners on how to close these tasks
Check-in overdue tasks
Identify common themes between blockers and figure out how to close these in an efficient way

Must-Haves:
10+ years of relevant experience
Strong Autonomous project management ability - the ability to understand and keep track of projects and timeframes, day-to-day execution
Process improvement ability - the ability to notice issues with the current project
Strong communication/reporting skills to report back to leadership
Established large technology firm experience preferred
Experience with software engineering teams (shipping code, building code) preferred

Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
PMP certification preferred

Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week . The role is 100% remote to these locations: Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, Houston, TX, Menlo Park, Los Angeles, and San Diego, CA .
