Long-standing, local architectural firm seeks an experienced Project Manager with design and Revit experience. Our office is located in the Old Sash Mill near downtown Santa Cruz. Our firm conducts projects throughout the Bay Area, with a focus in Santa Cruz County. We take pride in providing custom designs; we listen to each clients’ needs and vision while staying true to our own. We encourage collaboration, creativity, and curiosity.

We are looking for a Project Architect/Project Manager to manage projects from schematic design through construction phases.

Our current projects include:

• Residential remodels, additions, and new homes
• Civic projects for local governments and colleges
• Commercial projects including restaurants, music venues, salons, retail spaces, and office spaces

Applicants should:

• Be licensed or working toward licensure
• Have 8+ years of experience
• Be proficient in Revit
• Have experience seeing projects from start to finish
• Work well with others and be able to help support junior staff
• Be well organized and communicate effectively

As a Project Manager, you will be involved in all phases of a project, including, but not limited to:

• Client meetings and design coordination
• Establishing existing conditions
• Coordination with consultants
• Management of permitting process
• Overseeing schedules and budgets
• Production of contract documents
• Construction administration
