388 Development LLC is a renovation company focused on Northeast ski and lake destinations, with projects in Mount Snow, Okemo, Sunapee, Hunter and Manchester. We provide renovation solutions for various investment vehicles and third-party owners, with a main focus on high-end vacation homes. The homes are generally on the larger side (three or more bedrooms) with elevated amenities (hot tubs, ping pong, pool, etc.). We pride ourselves on fast execution, high finish quality and happy end users.

Founded in 2021, 388 Development consistently has 4-8 active projects with varying degrees of complexity and scope (gut remodels to light cosmetic renovations). Our related investment entities are well funded, providing assurance of runway for future projects. Notably, we also provide our owners furniture procurement, install, and make ready services, so that they can simply show up and turn on the lights. We are looking for a Project Manager to lead planning, budgeting, tracking, and oversight of our entire development process, from design to final make ready.

Need Capable, independent, and entrepreneurial person to take point on coordinating and implementing project management best practices. This job will be 10% at-home on the computer and 90% in the field, meeting with the teams and overseeing progress. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, a background in construction management and a willingness to travel.

Responsibilities:

o Coordinating subcontractors and make ready process

o Travelling to project sites to oversee progress

o Make and maintain brand standards

o Planning, budgeting and tracking all projects including daily and weekly progress reports to management

o Maintain records and receipts

o Organizing tasks lists and updating ownership regularly with progress and outstanding items

Preferred Characteristics:

o Ownership mentality

o Excellent professional communication skills

o Conversant in construction techniques, materials and best practices

o Strong technical computer skills including Task Management Software & Excel

o Independent, problem-solver, and trustworthy

o Knows when to ask for help or bring in a specialist

o Doesn’t mind travelling or handling miscellaneous tasks

o Spanish would be helpful but is not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
