About the role:

Pompa Program is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on-time, within budget, and with high quality. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure projects align with the company's vision, mission, and values.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on-time, within budget, and with high quality
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership team
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure project success
• Monitor and report project progress and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership team
• Ensure projects align with the company's vision, mission, and values

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, risk management, and project execution
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment

Compensation Range:
Salary range $75-100k
