Project Manager

Role Summary

The Project Manager works with designated teams at RPC to guide strategic activities from start to finish in a structured fashion.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains management programs to assist RPC team with projects including but not limited to:
• Pharmacy acquisition and onboarding
• Special project management, such as computer software or compounding formulation development
• Rollout plans for new business lines
• Leads projects from start to finish, including:
• Definition and scope of project
• Identification of schedule and milestones
• Budget monitoring
• Implementation plan
• Risk mitigation
• Makes adaptations to projects as variables arise
• Coordinates with appropriate RPC staff and project stakeholders to ensure project success
• Maintains regular communication with project management clients to communicate project status and changes
• Documents all activities and makes available for project stakeholders
• Works with RPC leadership on applicable software solutions to support Project Management

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Required:

• Minimum two (2) years of project management experience.
• Experience and success working with all levels of management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and timeline adherence.
• Travel required 10%

Preferred:

• Professional certification such as PMP.
• Experience creating and managing a Project Management Office.
• Previous experience managing projects in operational, quality assurance, or regulatory capacities.
• Experience in a remote working environment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
