The Opportunity
Our Zulily corporate headquarters is in Seattle, WA. This position reports to the Senior Program Manager and is available for remote/hybrid work in the following states: WA, OH, NV, PA, TX, NC, GA, NJ, FL and VA.
Our Creative Organization is looking for an experienced and highly accountable Project Manager II. As an individual contributor, reporting directly to a Senior Program Manager, you will operationalize creative production, business reporting, and workforce planning programs within the business, and communicate results and strategies throughout the leadership team.
You will ensure partners are on the same page to keep projects on track. You will collaborate internally across the organization working with team members from Creative, ShopEx, Merch, and Brand. You will understand inputs, strategies, and priorities to maintain roadmaps and provide updates to leadership. You will show high levels of ownership and pitch in to move projects along.

Your Impact
  • Work across the Creative organization to understand tooling needs, process pain points, and goals to help with roadmap prioritization
  • Handle vendor communication for third-party tools and deploy training curriculum for new team members.
  • Manage intake process to support requests from partner teams
  • Attend reoccurring roadmap meetings and report on progress, blockers, dependencies, and risks to partners and leaders
  • Be a contact on the Creative team to learn about third-party tool pain points and stay informed and communicate third-party tool roadmaps and updates.
  • Help with invoices, vendor setup, and reporting
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of program or project management experience
  • Experience being able to work with all partners in aligning goals and deadlines
  • Ability to manage and launch projects from end-to-end from conception to completion
  • Experience in performance marketing or digital asset management.
  • Experience with product roadmaps and Agile methodology
