Position Purpose: Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee complex projects utilizing cross functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives.

Use critical thinking throughout each stage of the project
Accurately and proactively take large scale impacts and formulate them into a project plan
Define next steps using your organizational knowledge of Superior Health Plan and our business.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders statuses, risks, next steps, issues, etc.
Help be a decision maker on behalf of the project
Keep the project moving towards completion while managing the scope of the project
Accurately documenting risks and issues as well as helping identify those risks
Taking initiative and being part of the project team as a resource.
Working cross functionally with basic understanding of what each department’s function is within Superior Health Plan/Corporate
Scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and owning meeting cadences, content, and flow.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. 4+ years of project management and implementation or program management experience. Proficient with MS Office applications and project management tools. Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments. Managed Care experience

License/Certification: PMP, PgMP, or CAPM preferred.
