Our office is in Stone Mountain, Georgia. This is a remote position, however, we require someone to live within an acceptable driving distance to our office for meetings and events.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Support Strategic Account Sales Team to develop new strategic account growth strategies.
- Lead Strategic Account Program scope definition working with Strategic Account Sales Teams.
- Partner with Miner Business Development Managers (BDM) or Strategic Account Managers (SAM) to develop a communication plan to align all key stakeholders to Strategic Account Program scope, goals and objectives.
- Lead operational implementation of strategic account business cross functionally between Miner, OnPoint business units and external subcontractors and dealers to establish the support structure required to meet the contract objectives for their assigned strategic accounts.
- Work closely with SAM and Customer to define scope and formal project plans required to support agreed upon strategic business growth project engagements.
- Provide centralized project leadership for assigned Strategic Accounts on multi-location engagement opportunities or initiatives that have execution complexity.
- Drive accountability to project deliverables owned by Miner Area Sales, Comm Ops and Operations Teams as well as Remote Non-Miner Area teams and external subcontractors or dealers to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Provide Leadership and project coordination at local level working cross functionally and with external subcontractors and dealers when required to ensure project success.
- Track and Manage weekly progress updates to key internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage issue escalation where required to resolve issues and ensure project execution.
- Support change management and continuous improvement of Miner to increase project management capabilities, best practices and rigor in alignment with Project Management Institute standards.
- Drive accountability for key performance indicators (KPI’s) that impact Strategic Account success.
- Support process changes, enhancements and modifications to facilitate implementation of new or improved business processes in support of strategic accounts.
- Support Miner SAM in preparing for formal Strategic Account Business reviews as necessary.
- Provides culture leadership in all their interactions cross functionally.
- Performs other duties as required by their Manager.
- Performs additional assignments as directed by Management.
Key Performance Measurements
- On Time Project & Service Delivery – % achievement to defined SLAs on Service & Project Plans.
- Program and Project Quality – % of service complaints and errors, project delays or changes.
- Overall Customer Satisfaction – Retention % of Strategic Account Customers.
- Financial Goal Achievement – Overall expected strategic account annual growth goals & objectives.
- Other key metrics prescribed by leadership, resulting in positive customer and Company impact.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associates degree with a business or technical focus preferred.
- Dock and Door Industry and or comparable industry experience is preferred. Minimum 1 year experience.
- Demonstrated strength in the development and organization of project plans is required.
- Project Management experience is required. Minimum of 1 year experience.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PPT, Word, Visio, Project) is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style is required.
- Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, writing and presentation skills is required.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence action from stakeholders out of your reporting line and hold them accountable to project expectations is preferred.
- Experience within Dock and Door Industry and or comparable industry is preferred.
- Results-oriented and demonstrates the ability to work independently and in a team environment, occasionally lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to Travel as required to fulfill job requirements.
- The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check.
