Job Responsibilities/Activities:
Within the Enterprise Creative Services (ECX) team, manage projects for the designated customer account(s), including tracking and supporting project logistics as well as budgets, timelines, and deliveries.
From initial cost estimating and project scoping through final delivery, ensure consistent and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle and among all relevant parties, taking initiative to ensure timely progress and serving as the authority on project status.
Within the Enterprise Creative Services (ECX) team and in support of the Creative Direction Lead(s), help to solution and advance the unique needs of a project, including but not limited to sourcing assets, securing talent, obtaining necessary permissions, as well as executing other project tactics and tasks.
Within the Enterprise Creative Services (ECX) team and in support of Account Manager(s), serve as the secondary point of contact for the designated customer account(s).
Help to ensure consistent, detailed, and proactive communication with all stakeholders within the designated customer account(s), earning trust and forging and maintaining strong relationships.
Help to gain and maintain an intimate understanding of the unique culture, challenges, and needs of the designated customer account(s) and develop and refine the ability to precisely represent those needs and the customer voice to the ECX team overall and throughout the lifecycle of project work.
Support and participate in AARs (after action reviews), when necessary.
Within the Enterprise Creative Services (ECX) team and in support of Account Manager(s), assist in the goal of serving as a strategic advisor for the designated customer account(s), assisting with and consulting on project forecasting and campaign development in support of key priorities.
Guide and execute consistent and relevant ticket management within the ECX project management tool and ensure the integrity of the metrics that result.
Oversee the work of external vendors as needed, providing context and holding them accountable for deliverables and for executing according to the ECX standards of quality and timeliness.

Significant experience at a creative agency and/or with a creative services provider.
Advanced knowledge of and experience with full scope creative services work, including design, video, photography, animation, writing, web development, and events.

Significant experience managing creative services vendors.
