The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the project from initial forensics through construction. Responsibilities generally include performing analysis and design for new or existing structures, preparing plans and specifications, managing field inspectors, preparing open and close permit documents, some field work, and writing technical reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience in restoration of existing buildings and structures which would include performing forensics investigations, writing forensic reports, preparing specifications and drawings for repairs, performing field observations and managing field inspectors of restoration work in progress.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience

• 3+ years Structural Engineering with a focus on Restoration
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural/Architectural)
• EIT preferred
• Experience in building envelope design
• Knowledge of façade materials
• Experience using engineering software such as Staad, Risa, Etabs, Adapt, Safe, Ram Steel and Revit a plus
