Chicago Water & Fire Restoration is hiring for the position of Desk Property Repair Estimator!

The Property Repair Estimator is an important part of our team and is necessary to help our customers get their homes and lives back to normal. Training will be provided! All work is typically completed from our office as job site visits aren't usually required.

As a Repair Estimator, you will:
- Complete repair estimates
- Communicate & agree to scopes of work with the insurance adjuster & customer
- Act as a liaison with the customer for estimate-related questions & changes
What you need:
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to negotiate with adjusters
- Residential construction knowledge
- Drivers license
- Knowledge of Xactimate Software is a PLUS!
- $1,000 Hiring bonus to be paid out after satisfactory completion of 90-day probationary period. Must comply with criminal and motor vehicle background screenings when applicable.
