This position will provide administrative and project- based support to the Director of Assessment and Accreditation by collecting, analyzing and reporting data.

Position Duties
  • Assisting with the extraction, compiling, and coding of data from survey results.
  • Reviewing data sets, identifying key data points, and compiling associated reports.
  • Completing data tables and other requests for information.
  • Compiling Excel Spreadsheets with relevant information.
  • Conducting descriptive data analysis.
  • Interpreting trends, graphing results.
  • Formatting surveys; Giving input on survey design and distribution.
  • Performs other such duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Position Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word and Teams.
  • Familiarity with Qualtrix and Database experience desired but not required.
  • Be dependable with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn about institutional research best practices.

Work Hours
Varies based on availability. Not to exceed 20 hour per week. After initial training position will be remote/hybrid.

Salary Range
$25/hr - $35/hr
