Job description
This position will provide administrative and project- based support to the Director of Assessment and Accreditation by collecting, analyzing and reporting data.
Position Duties
- Assisting with the extraction, compiling, and coding of data from survey results.
- Reviewing data sets, identifying key data points, and compiling associated reports.
- Completing data tables and other requests for information.
- Compiling Excel Spreadsheets with relevant information.
- Conducting descriptive data analysis.
- Interpreting trends, graphing results.
- Formatting surveys; Giving input on survey design and distribution.
- Performs other such duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Position Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word and Teams.
- Familiarity with Qualtrix and Database experience desired but not required.
- Be dependable with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to learn about institutional research best practices.
Work Hours
Varies based on availability. Not to exceed 20 hour per week. After initial training position will be remote/hybrid.
Salary Range
$25/hr - $35/hr
