Position Summary: In support of the overall Learning College, the part-time HSE Examiner will administer High School Equivalency testing to eligible candidates at the college and correctional facilities.Responsibilities : 1. Maintains the security of the testing system applications, exams and exam data 2. Demonstrates knowledge of HSE Examiner manuals, testing requirements and exam administration 3. Guidelines 4.

Prepares the testing room (center) and materials for testing 5. Assembles non-secure materials for the paper-based test and/or computer-based test 6. Prepares paper-based exam material for each individual student from registration schedule(s) 7. Administers the exam to students per HSE guidelines.

Administers accommodated versions of the tests, 8. if applicable 9. Monitors the testing room to ensure test security 10. Performs pre and post-test inventory of student answer sheets and testing materials per HSE guidelines 11.

Provides general information to test-takers 12. Provides for accurate and complete administration record keeping 13. Assist with departmental assessment efforts 14. Evening duty, registration, testing, etc.
