Garage door, sales, service and installation company has an immediate Full-Time position for a Purchasing Agent/ Administrative Assistant. Ability to learn quickly and multi-task a must.

This position requires the ability to perform the following tasks:

- Inventory and purchasing for all areas of the business

- Ability to provide organizational support to the operations manager/office manager

- Superior interpersonal skills and excellent phone etiquette

- Ability to understand and carry out instructions easily

- Taking and scheduling service requests

- Quoting and ordering garage doors and garage door parts and accessories

- Business correspondence

- Legible handwriting and correct spelling a must

- Competence in Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Be able to prioritize and work independently

- General office duties

* Applicants must have office experience to be considered

*QuickBooks experience preferred
