Job description
Under General Supervision, the Purchasing and Inventory Analyst reports to the Director of IT, Infrastructure & Operations and provides services across the IT Infrastructure team to manage technology inventories and purchasing. Proper controls over assets and purchasing require time sensitive reconciliation along with other support services across the team such as shipment receiving, invoice processing, and customer service. Responsibilities require close attention to details, critical thinking, and analytical processing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a High School diploma or GED
- College student, Associate Degree, or Bachelor Degree preferred
- Must be detail oriented with a demonstrable drive for precision
- Must be reliable, committed, and professional
- Must have the ability to work with the public, maintain an effective working relationship with agency employees, maintain a professional manner at all times, and maintain confidentiality
- Must possess a valid Oklahoma Driver's License & satisfactory driving record and may be required use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office
- Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be independent, multi-task oriented, and energetic
This job is classified as a “safety-sensitive” position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act. Due to the “safety-sensitive” classification, an employee in this position would be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing. Marijuana is one of the substances included in the drug panel screening. Possession of a medical marijuana license will not excuse you from the testing process or the consequences of testing positive for marijuana per the Family & Children’s Services Drug Free Workplace Policy, including possible revocation of a job offer or dismissal from employment.
