Qualified candidates must be able to work 40 hours per week between our normal business hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate unique schedules.
The Quality Assurance Representative position will be responsible for performing the following duties:
- Conduct Call Quality reviews, internal audits, and provide feedback
- Using Microsoft Word and Excel to complete audit templates used by the Client Quality Assurance Department
- Assist in the preparation of audit deliverables to be provided prior, during, and after client audits
- Generate daily reports to assist in internal audits
Qualified candidates must possess the following skills:
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Ability to handle high work volume efficiently
- Ability to work in small teams
- Able to multi-task upon request
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Education/Training/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
