Job description

Pavestone LLC, part of the QUIKRETE Companies, manufacturer for segmental concrete products for the commercial, residential, contractor, industrial and retail customers is seeking a Quality Coordinator Supervisor for its' Phoenix, AZ facility.

Responsibilities:

An inventory specialist is responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of all manufactured material through the use of multiple reporting processes. The objective is to ensure consistent accuracy.

-Provides monthly production schedules to GM/PM

-Enter daily manufactured production to JDE system

-Maintain mold data, availability, codes, serial# and cycles per each

-Responsible for the processing of month end data, count sheets, tag entry.

It is essential to constantly evaluate stock levels ensuring zero out of stocks as well as report to GM any sales trend data which may influence future production and or material purchases.

Qualifications:

• A four-year degree, progress toward a four-year degree in science or engineering, two-year technical degree, or commensurate experience
• Must have good analytical problem solving skills.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Must be able to wear safety glasses, respirator, rubber gloves, and hearing protection in required situations.
• Must be able to work at elevation and in partially confined situations.
• Must be able to lift product, materials and equipment as necessary to perform the job.
• Must be able to work with limited supervision.
