Starting Rate of Pay: $21.56 per hour

Successful Ramp Supervisors will be able to:

• Supports Senior Supervisor in implementing company programs.
• Schedule/Coordinates staffing to meet flight schedule
• Works directly with Ramp Agents to execute action plans to operational and organizational objectives.
• Works directly with Ramp Agents to ensure everyone is consistent in practicing safety-conscious behaviors.
• Assigns Ramp Agents specific flights to ensure on-time departures.
• Manage employee hours (straight and overtime)
• Ensure safety precautions are always taken and that employees are trained and current in their knowledge of the equipment they use.
• Hold daily safety briefings with the crew (5 minutes at the beginning of the shift)
• Complete daily flight logs, incident/accident reports, and other documentation as required
• Gain operational certification on Ground Support Equipment
• Assigns employee breaks.

What Do You Need?

• A valid Driver’s License
• Be a minimum of 18 years old
• Be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligibility to obtain necessary credentials and clearances
• To be punctual and commit to your assigned schedule
