Compensation:$100,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:- Contact and follow up with potential buyers and help them get pre-qualified with a mortgage lender
- Set appointments for buyers to go on home tours and view properties for sale
- Write up every contract offer on behalf of clients
- Stay on top of what’s happening in the real estate market to provide buyers the most updated information
- Participate in scheduled office meetings and training opportunities
- A proven track record of profitable real estate transactions
- Excellent speaking and listening skills
- Knowledgeable of the local real estate market
- Experience as a buyer’s agent or related role
- Successful track record converting Zillow Premier Agent Inquiries is a plus!
- Hold a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and laptop
