HLE, Inc, a full service civil, structural, geotechnical, transportation engineering, land surveying and materials testing firm with offices in Blackfoot, Idaho Falls and American Falls, Idaho. HLE is currently seeking a receptionist in our Idaho Falls office. This position is open until filled. This is a full time position.

Responsible for administrative support for office by answering and directing calls, greeting and assisting walk-in clients, ordering and monitoring office supplies, data entry, scanning and filing documents and general office duties.

Job Functions: (Position may include additional functions not listed)

- Greet clients.

- Answer and route calls to appropriate people.

- Assist walk-in clients with questions and paperwork.

- Collect, scan and upload all scanning for office.

- File all paperwork appropriately.

- Maintain, monitor and order office supplies.

- Perform additional job duties as requested.

- Support on all client inquiries and overall administrative office duties.

- Technical writing for proposals.

Qualifications: (Required knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, etc.)

- Strong writing and grammar skills are required.

- Strong verbal communication skills are required.
