Responsibilities:

• Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence.
• Responsible for guest check-in and welcome. Keeps a visitor’s log, keycard log, and security log.
• Responsible for daily mail collection and sorting to the correct party.
• Sends and updates weekly attendance sheets.
• Organize and manage waste manifest.
• Order lunch for colleagues
• Provide clerical and administrative support to colleagues as needed.
• Maintain printer supplies and report supply logs at least monthly.
• Handle requests and inquiries appropriately.
• Keep office organized and clean all times
• Make copies of printed documents, file correspondence, reports, and records.
• Work with the administrative team to plan team building events, birthdays, and décor.
• Assist in various projects as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least an Associates Degree is preferred but not required
• Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
