Our receptionists are the first friendly face visitors, staff and residents see! We are looking for someone who can multitask and looks forward to being that friendly, warm first contact here at Riverview! This position helps support our Sales, Marketing, and Activities Teams as well as answers questions and provides information to residents, staff, guests and the general public regarding Riverview Retirement Community. In addition, this position provides information regarding location of departments, offices, and employees within our organization. The Receptionist must always maintain resident confidentiality and adhere to professional standards, Riverview policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements at all times.

Required qualifications:

  • Earned High School diploma or GED at the time of hire.

  • CPR certified within 30 days of hire and maintained while employed.

  • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft office programs including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Experience in a retirement, nursing home, or assisted living facility preferred.
