Enterprise Records and Health Information currently has an outstanding opportunity for a RECORDS ANALYST.
Under the general supervision of the Program Operations Manager in Enterprise Records and Health Information (ERHI), the ERHI Records Analyst is responsible for implementing the mission and goals of Enterprise Records and Health Information and incorporating information governance principles whenever appropriate. The Release of Information Records Analyst position is responsible for assisting with electronic records integrity, access, release initiatives, and audits, including the legal medical record and designated record sets throughout units and teams in ERHI. The ROI Records Analyst is also responsible for communicating with UW Medicine Compliance, UW Medicine IT, and other stakeholders, about the status of records initiatives related to identity, access and release of records, including the legal medical records and designated records sets. The ROI Records Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate analysis of records being released and assists with the prevention of unauthorized disclosures. The ROI Records Analyst assists with quality review and audits of electronic content to ensure content integrity. The ROI Records Analyst is responsible for developing and interpreting productivity metrics and assists in meeting fiscal and clinical transformation goals.
