JOB OVERVIEW – This position will direct and manage operational activities for our Records Department including a variety of compliance functions, projects and programs for the DOC. Develop training for staff and records management procedures, as well as directly supervise 18-20 employees. Represent the DOC or specific divisions during hearings regarding to compliance issues, proposals and other initiatives. Manage compliance operations, including those pertaining to outside entities. Candidates will also be expected to provide operational management functions authorized by executives, including allocate staffing resources; plan for and manage office, IT, and other approved resources; and provide oversight for project and program resources. Manage budgets within authorized thresholds established by executives and the legislature.

QUALIFICATIONS - Master’s degree in public administration, business administration, or a related field. Five years of dedicated job-related experience. Other combinations of education or experience may be substituted.
