Background

Crescendo Health is a new, venture-backed technology startup from a seasoned founding team. We work with clinical trials to accelerate medical research. The time has come to build a new generation of clinical trials that makes use of real world health information, so new treatments can be developed quickly for those in need, and clinical trials reflect the diversity of our population.

Our experienced team includes those with deep healthcare experience from organizations like Datavant, Grand Rounds, Natera, Stripe, Color Genomics, and Square. We recently raised a seed funding round from top-tier investors and are building our team to support growth.

The Role

We are looking for a team member to help us with our product operations in collecting health records for patients. This is a remote role, paid hourly for 20-40 hours per week. While this is a 3-6 month position, there is potential to evolve into a long-term position as we grow.

• Is energized by a fast-paced, early stage startup environment and will enjoy learning about our operations

What you will do:

• Contact healthcare organizations by phone and encourage them to send health information
• Respond to questions or concerns from healthcare organizations about Crescendo Health
• Ensuring that sensitive documents and information are treated securely, complying with healthcare information and privacy regulations
• Log all calls and follow-up notes accurately and promptly
• Transfer healthcare information into Crescendo Health’s systems
• Share your insights and learnings that can help us to refine best practices

Bonus points for:

• Experience in an outbound call center
• Experience providing customer service or concierge services in healthcare

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
