Revenue Enterprises is looking for a full-time, caring, and talented Healthcare Recovery Specialist to be an integral part of our organization. The Healthcare RS will impact the overall success of our company, and will work with patients and families to explain their medical bills, help them to better understand their responsible portion, and negotiate wins so they can maintain excellent credit.

What you will be doing:
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve unpaid healthcare accounts through both inbound and outbound calls.- Help them to understand their bill, answer questions about the debt.
- Educate patients on their balance due and help to come up with a collaborative plan to resolve.
- Negotiate wins via payment plans and settlements.
- Accept and process credit card and ACH checks payments by phone.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance levels.
- Accurately and quickly document all work efforts.
- Clearly communicate an eagerness to be helpful and friendly.
Qualifications we require:
2+ years professional experience, with demonstrated history of retention- Experience in customer service and/or healthcare preferred (but not required)
- Authorization to work in the US
- High school diploma or GED
- Advanced beginner to Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus!
- Typing 40+ WPM with 90% accuracy preferred
