Description: What you'll be doing:
We’re recruiting a Recruiter (Talent Strategist) to join our team. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, and build a qualified awesome candidate pool for each of our client’s searches. This role is a remote position with the flexibility to have residency in Washington, Oregon, or California.

Compensation:
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $65K with annual bonus earning potential and a comprehensive benefit package.

  • Working in a pod/partner structure, you'll average approximately 10 new searches per month
About the role:
As a Talent Strategist, you will partner with our clients to understand the knowledge, skills and abilities that they are seeking. From there you will engage with different sourcing methods to find candidates, interview them and present to the hiring manager. You'll be charged with establishing, expanding and maintaining a diversified candidate pipeline to assist in meeting and exceeding our client requirements.

What we’d like to see from you:
  • Minimum 2+ years human resources or recruiting experience
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in a role that required the ability to develop rapport and credibility quickly, extract relevant information, and provide an accurate assessment of the interaction
  • You're a respectful, engaging, and inquisitive communicator with a professional demeanor
  • You have demonstrated experience working autonomously toward company goals
  • You are savvy and a proactive self-starter with the ability to drive projects through to completion, while accepting direction along the way as needed
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
